Privacy Policy

1. Overview

EUC Business Partners (“we”, “us”) operates a CRM platform that businesses use to manage their own customer relationships. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you. When our customers (“businesses”) use the platform to process personal data about their own contacts, we act as a data processor on their behalf; they are responsible for their own privacy practices toward their contacts.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, password, and organization details you provide at sign-up.
• Workspace data: contacts, notes, deals, tasks, appointments, messages, and form submissions stored in your workspace.
• Integration credentials: tokens for services you connect (e.g., Gmail, Telnyx). Email credentials are encrypted at rest and used only to send or sync on your behalf.
• Usage data: logs of how the Service is accessed, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and improving the Service.
• Billing data: processed by our payment provider, Paddle, as merchant of record. We do not store full payment card numbers.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and secure the Service;
• Send and deliver messages through integrations you connect;
• Process subscriptions and billing through our payment provider;
• Provide support and respond to requests;
• Send service updates and, where permitted, product communications (you can opt out).

We do not sell your personal information or your contacts' data.

4. Sharing

We share data only with: (a) infrastructure and sub-processors needed to run the Service, including cloud hosting and our payment provider; (b) the third-party services you explicitly connect (e.g., Gmail, Telnyx) to perform actions you request; and (c) authorities where required by law. Workspace data is isolated between organizations and visible only to members of that organization, except where required for support with your authorization.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete workspace data at any time. When a subscription ends and the workspace is deleted, we remove or anonymize workspace data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements and brief backup cycles.

6. Security

We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and row-level isolation between workspaces. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at sales@eucbusinesspartners.com and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. If you are a contact of one of our business customers, please direct your request to that business; we will assist them as needed.

8. International Transfers

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
